Cancellation and Refund Conditions


In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs. However, since we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we are returning orders that have not been shipped, scattered during transportation, lost quality or repeat the order for free. The right of withdrawal is not valid if you have to leave your address while your order is on the way and your order does not reach your special days or event days.


If you have a complaint about the products you have purchased, you can apply to within 1 day from the day you receive the cargo, and return it under the following conditions. In this context, when you send back the product you want to return, you do not pay any "Shipping Cost", it is sufficient to deliver it as "Counter Payment" with MNG. No return product shipment is made in overseas sales.


The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;

You can request to return the products if the packaging is damaged in the cargo, and if the quality of the product is scattered enough to deteriorate.

In return for the product you want to return, you can either refund the amount of the product or send the same order free of charge.


I want to request a refund of my product, what should I do?

Please return to before returning the product to for return. Please send the product information you want to return with your reason for return, if the product is dispersed or broken, together with the product image as an e-mail. If the product originating from the cargo is scattered or the outer package is damaged when you receive the cargo, you can prepare a refund to the cargo authority and make your return.

Products must be returned in their original box / packaging and invoice.


How will I reach the shipping company and give the product?


You can reach MNG Kargo as stated below. It is sufficient to indicate to the cargo officer that the recipient belongs to Sıroğlu İç ve Dış Ticaret - Faruk Sır as "Against Pay" at the shipping stage.

The products returned by Sıroğlu are destroyed after the necessary examinations are made and they are never offered for resale.
