Delivery Conditions

For your orders over 99 TL Free delivery service is provided between 13:00 and 20:00 every day of the week and covers only Aydın Efeler and İzmir Alsancak, Konak, Üçyol, Hatay, Buca, Yeşilyurt, Göztepe, Karabağlar Balçova counties.

The regions mentioned here refer to the centers, not the entire districts. Some districts of the districts may be out of scope. Delivery is carried out within 1 to 5 hours, taking into account the preparation time of the product. If the ordered product is not ready, it is produced and delivered the next day.

Apart from these districts, MNG cargo is sent to Aydın and other districts of İzmir. No shipping fee is charged for orders over 99 TL.

Delivery to the country by courier: Orders placed before 15:00 are delivered to MNG Cargo within the same day. You will be notified by email from the moment your order is released. The average delivery time across the country is 1-3 business days.

(Some villages and towns are delivered on certain days of the week. - Some regions and Military units only deliver ptt cargo and the delivery time may be outside the standard periods. In these cases, shipping is done with approval.)
