MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. The Parties

2. Subject of the Contract

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes to comply with the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the website www.siroglu.com . Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that will arise will completely and exclusively bind the member.
3.4. 3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is criminally and legally responsible for this violation and will keep Sıroğlu free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Also; Due to this violation, Sıroğlu reserves the right to claim compensation in case the event is brought to the legal field, since the membership agreement against the member is not complied with.
3.9. Sıroğlu always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. Member accepts this saving in advance. In this case, Sıroğlu has no responsibility.
3:10. www.siroglu.com website software and design are the property of Siroglu , and the copyright and / or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws, they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. The name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used by Sıroğlu for the improvement and development of the www.siroglu.com website and / or within the framework of legal legislation, the date and time accessed to the Site, the pages accessed on the site, and the site Some information, such as the Internet address of the Web site that provides connection, may be collected.
3:12. In this context, the member is deemed to have accepted that he is responsible for all errors and direct or indirect consequences that may occur in his software and operating systems upon his access to Sıroğlu website.

3.15. Sıroğlu may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and / or warning. Any provision that has been changed, updated or repealed will be effective for all members at the time of publication.
3:16. The parties accept and declare that all computer records of Sıroğl will be taken as the sole and genuine exclusive evidence, in accordance with article 287 of the HUMK and that such records constitute a contract of evidence.
3:17. In accordance with this membership agreement, Sıroğlu is authorized to send information e-mails to the e-mail addresses registered in the members themselves and to send information SMSs to their mobile phones, and after the member approves this membership agreement, the member will be deemed to have accepted the e-mail address of the information mails and the information SMS to the mobile phone. .
4. Termination of the Contract
This contract will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or until his membership is canceled by Sıroğlu. In the event that Sıroğlu member violates any provision of the membership contract, the member may cancel the membership unilaterally and cancel the contract unilaterally.
5. Dispute Resolution
Aydın Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.
6. Enforcement
The membership registration of the member means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of membership of the member and entered into force mutually.
