Midye Baklava

In accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of return for food items since the product cannot be sold to another customer and its commercial value will disappear. However, since we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we repeat your orders that were not shipped, scattered during transportation and lost their quality. If you have to leave your address while your order is on the way and your order does not reach your special days or event days, the right to cancel is not valid.

If your order is a gift, please create an account with your own information. In the shipping information, enter the information of the people you sent gifts (name, address, phone, email). If you are sending a surprise and do not want the person who sent the gift to be informed before delivery, enter your own email and phone no in the shipping information. Thus, when we need to communicate about order and delivery, we will contact you directly and we will not cause your surprise to be disrupted :)
